Scope of Works

Pre-Execution & Coordination
  • Submission of shop drawings and method statement

  • Material submittals and consultant approval

  • Site inspection and coordination with main contractor

  • Survey and alignment verification

Surface Preparation
  • Cleaning of excavation face

  • Removal of loose soil and debris

  • Installation of weep holes (if required)

  • Fixing of drainage boards or geotextile (as specified)

Reinforcement Works
  • Supply & fixing of welded wire mesh / steel reinforcement as per design

  • Installation of anchor bars and dowels

  • Tying and securing reinforcement to maintain proper cover

  • Provision of spacers and supports

Shotcrete / Gunite Application
  • Application of wet mix shotcrete using approved equipment

  • Thickness as per design requirement

  • Mix ratio as per structural specification

  • Achieving required compressive strength (as specified)

  • Layer-by-layer controlled application

  • Surface finishing and trimming

Quality Control & Testing
  • Slump and mix verification

  • Cube sample preparation (if required by consultant)

  • Thickness verification

  • Visual inspection for honeycombing or voids

  • Curing process as per specification
