Scope of Works

Civil & Architectural

  • Shop drawings, material submittals, and approvals from Consultant/Client

  • Setting out, excavation, and construction of fountain/water feature basin

  • Structural works (RCC / blockwork / gunite as per approved design)

  • Surface preparation for waterproofing works

  • Treatment of penetrations and construction joints using approved repair systems

  • Waterproofing application (primary + secondary systems as specified)

  • Protection screed (where required) after successful water testing

  • Tiling/stone/mosaic finishes, coping and edge detailing

  • Feature walls, cascades, spillways, and overflow channels (as per design)

MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

  • Supply & installation of fountain equipment and accessories
    (pumps, filters, strainers, valves, nozzles, manifolds, balance tank if applicable)

  • Installation of piping networks and fittings from equipment room to feature

  • Pressure testing and flushing of piping system

  • Electrical power, control wiring, and bonding/earthing as per standards

  • Supply & installation of underwater/feature lighting (as per project requirement)

  • Testing, commissioning, and performance verification (flow, spray pattern, lighting, leakage)

  1. Design Coordination (nozzle layout, flow calculations, equipment sizing, power load)

  2. Basin/Structure Construction (RCC/gunite/blockwork as approved)

  3. Waterproofing & Leak Test (as per specifications and consultant approval)

  4. MEP Installation (piping, valves, drains, electrical conduits, lighting sleeves)

  5. Finishes Installation (tile/stone/mosaic, coping and detailing)

  7. Testing & Commissioning (spray pattern tuning, flow balancing, lighting checks)

  8. Handover (as-built, warranties, O&M manuals where required)
