Our team executes Jacuzzi works with a complete scope covering civil, waterproofing, tiling, and MEP systems—ensuring long-lasting performance, safety, and luxury aesthetics.

Scope of Jacuzzi Works

Civil & Finishing

  • Shop drawings, material submittals, and approvals from Consultant/Client

  • Setting out and Jacuzzi structure execution as per approved drawings

  • Surface preparation for waterproofing works

  • Treatment of penetrations with epoxy repair mortar

  • Primary & secondary waterproofing systems (with fiber mesh where required)

  • Protection screed (where applicable) after successful water test

  • Reinforcement fixing as per approved design

  • Gunite / concrete works (as per project requirement and specifications)

  • Internal plastering / finishing surface preparation

  • Supply & installation of Jacuzzi internal tiles and coping/edge finishes using approved adhesives/grouts

  • Seating/steps/benches shaping as per design (if included in drawings)

MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)

  • Supply & installation of Jacuzzi equipment and accessories
    (pumps, filters, heaters/chillers if applicable, control panel, jets, suction inlets, main drains, air blower, etc.)

  • Installation of piping from pump room/equipment area to Jacuzzi body

  • Pressure testing of piping network and approvals

  • Electrical connections, bonding/earthing, and control wiring as per standards

  • Testing, commissioning, and performance verification

  • Handover documents including warranties, as-built drawings, and O&M manuals (as required)
