Civil Works (Typical Scope)

  1. Shop drawings & material submittals, approvals from consultant/client

  2. Sample submission (tiles & coping), approvals

  3. Surface preparation for waterproofing

  4. Treatment of penetrations using epoxy repair mortar (wall & floor)

  5. Primary waterproofing (3 coats) + 2 layers fiber mesh

  6. Curing (7 days) + leak test (minimum 2 days)

  7. Protection screed to floor & wall after successful testing

  8. Fixing reinforcement steel (as per design requirement)

  9. Gunite walls & floor (125mm thick, mix 1:4) with min 35 N/mm² @ 28 days

  10. Internal plaster (cement & sand) to pool shell

  11. Secondary cementitious waterproofing (2 coats) + fiber mesh

  12. Fix pool tiles with epoxy mortar + color-matched grout (3mm joints)

  13. Fix coping with epoxy mortar + color-matched grout (max 3mm joints)

MEP Works (Typical Scope)

  1. Shop drawings & MEP material submittals and approvals

  2. Samples submission (pool fittings & materials), approvals

  3. Supply & installation of MEP equipment and fittings

  4. Piping works from pump room to pool

  5. Pressure testing & approvals

  6. Stage-by-stage inspections for materials & works

  7. Testing & commissioning

  8. Handover documents: warranties, as-built drawings, O&M as required
